More Photos from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Legislators
Development blueprints for Epstein's personal tropical island among the released materials.
Additionally featured in this new photograph drop is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had created development schemes to build upon the substantial island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is marked up in notations in red and features a key identifying distinct areas of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, including designs for boat shelters.
More materials disclosed as part of the current oversight disclosure.
